Step one

Wash the oyster to remove remaining waste and let them dry

Place the shells inside a cloth bag and smash them with a hammer

Step three

Use a blender to grind the particles until they become powder.

Step four

Mix the powder, the water and the sugar.

Step five

Pour the mixture into a mould and place into the oven at 200° for 1 hour. Repeat step if necessary to properly dry.
