Freeze dry the artichoke leaves and then blend them, turning the leaves into a fine powder.
Mix the Water together with the Alginate using the ultra-sonic homogenizer to remove any bubbles.
Add the artichoke powder to the Alginate mix and put back in the ultra-sonic homogenizer for 2-3 minutes. Then add the Vegetable Glycerin.
Finally, pour the mixture into a mold or petri dish in various thicknesses and wait at least 1 to 2 days until its completely dry. You can then remove the material.
